Saga of Tanya the Evil is isekai but it's fun isekai, a Japanese business man who has very fucked up mentality is murdered by a guy he laid off and meets god before his death. He refuses to acknowledge god and so god decides to send him to another world (WWI but with magic and it's not completely normal) where he is now a 11 year old little girl who is serving in the army of what is basically WWI germany. Instead of bowing down he decides to use his knowledge and become a feared strategist and win the war in any way possible.
It has an anime and a manga but I like the manga more, and these are all based on the light novel but it hasn't been translated yet sadly.
