It's the dog and the ape theory. Both understand basic vocal communication but they are on different scales of understanding. Monkey's can't talk but can communicate, whereas dogs can talk yet also understand communication but on a far more basic level. Likewise, men and went can do both the same things but men are simply naturally better at it. Ofc there's varying degrees of difference band each person has different skills to one another, but men are simply "naturally better at it."
