Ive been doing 20 pushups each night before I go to sleep and run up and down the stairs in my house for at least 5 mins each day. Been doing this for half a month now. Started at 5 pushups at the start of the month. I also seek every chance I can to carry stuff for my parents. I read often and play puzzle games and other games that require strategy and thinking.
In my school’s fitnessgram pacer testing I did the max amount possible of situps for the test which is 80. I did 17 pushups and ran 51 laps.
I still have the issue of fapping every other day. I stay in my room all day, eat snack foods to much and to much fake food. I struggle with working out alone due to fear of doing a workout wrong and also boredom. Still looking for a friend to work out with and spread the redpill.
My plans for the future is to increase the amount of pushups I do each night before sleep and the amount of time I spend running up and down the stairs till I can find someone to do more workout with. I also plan on moving to Bosnia once im done with my education in America so I can live on the farm my ancestors and family lived on before the war. There I plan on growing my food.
