Look at this picture. Peoples with more body hair tend to have oily skin and thicker dermis which makes it more prone to clogged pores. This is also why it's NOT recommended for men with ton of body hair to shave because that's asking for nasty ingrow hair that could turn into a massive cyst which fucking sucks and could end up in surgery.
