It is why the richer a society gets, the more effeminate it gets, because it can afford to focus more on attraction and less on the aggressive side of things. When things collapse, people seek to safety again and the manly traits begin to prevail again.
No woman will tell you pic related is sexually attractive. But if security is needed they would flock to him and serve him if he asked in exchange for security. No woman in history would find pic related sexually attractive, though. It's too much.
If you go extreme on the other way, though, an extremely effeminate woman is incredibly attractive. The more effeminate, the more sexually attractive. Likewise the guy (being a fruitcake is not effeminate, don't confuse the two).
