Cassie chuckles as she struts up to him and leans forward, draping her arms on his shoulders. "You were amazing. A very good boy. And good boys deserve to be rewarded."
Alphonso's eyes widen. "Oh. Oh, Ms. Kade. I-I don't know how else to say this, b-"
She presses a finger to his lips. "Then just say nothing until I tell you otherwise." She grabs his hand. "Come let's find some place more quiet. If you manage not to bore me I might even give you another interview."
But Alphonso stands his ground. "I umm... I'm gay, Ms. Kade. That's what I was trying to tell you."
Cassie releases her grip on Alphonso's hand and steps back, her cheeks becoming flushed with embarrassment. "Oh. Goddammit, you wait until now to tell me this??"
"I didn't think it was relevant, I just wanted to interview you..."
Cassie sighs and rubs her forehead with the tip of her fingers. "Just get out. Get out of my sight."
>>18945319As a dejected looking Alphonso leaves, a bouncer approaches Cassie. "There's a girl here that wants to see you. Paid off a bartender to make it happen."
"Then tell her to fuck off," Cassie mutters. "It's been a long day, my entertainment for the night didn't pan out and I'm not in the mood."
"It's one of the WWA broads," the bouncer says.
Her interest immediately piqued, Cassie follows the bouncer to the bar where Kanako sits and silently approaches her from behind.
"So, just what is your business here?" Cassie asks, finally making her presence known.
