Hawaii has seen a 9-40% decline in births since last year, coming off another decline in 2020. 85% of births in this state are minorities.
New Mexico, where 75% of births are minorities, has seen a 30% decline in births.
California and New York have declined continuously, states with a greater white percentage are the same as last year. Texas and Florida, which have received a lot of white migration from other states, have seen increasing birthrates. But not in cities like Miami-Dade, which are still below where they were in 2015. Cities like Sarasota, predominantly white, are at decade-highs in terms of births.
Overall the birthrate directionalism is pointing towards a collapse in non-white births (perhaps vaccine related) and a general increase in white births as millennials are getting closer to 40 and realize their time to have kids is getting short.
