Always look for the cheapest veggies at the moment, buy them in larger quantities, specially if it takes time for them to spoil (shit like potatoes, cabagge, beats). Also, buy one of these fuckers in pic related, it'll help you save time and energy.
Never ever ever buy premade shit, unless doing it yourself is extreme hard work or time consuming. If you don't want to eat bland shit, always have a cheap bottle of wine, some seasonings, herbs, honey, good quality olive oil and a good cheese at hand. These are more expensive, but you don't need them in large quantities.
