Trevor has never exactly been healthy, he's been an on and off again alcoholic most of his life, he never took care of himself. I'm guessing he died of an overdose or was drunk at the time of his death. Even if he didn't die a couple of days ago I'd say he was only going to live to 60, tops. There's only a 5 year age difference between me and and Trevor and I still look like I'm in my 20's. Trevor looked like shit. This is what happens to dyel skinny fats.
