Honestly dude I had no sympathy for these people. They called me. They wanted it. If they get fucked over that's their own fault for going to a shady lender.
I'd take 1,000 desperate people a day and reject all of them without losing a wink of sleep. It's not my money.
Speaking of I had a lady who literally dropped the single mom, 4 kids and no man. I told her ass to go get on the pole and pay her debt.
I just really didn't care. Every customer was more money in my check and I became the best agent on that floor with the top numbers. Never had to lie and even got in trouble for being too honest.
So yeah no I didn't get worn down at all because I wasn't a complete shit.
