>>10496710what!?! that's the stupidest thing ive ever heard. none of those people are going to think any less of you in any way - they actually want to help people - even more so if the person who needs some helpful is a generally good person. you have been a generally good person at work, right? get that checked out as soon as you can - basic physiological strength and balance is the platform for your future. you're probably going to have to do a bunch of physical therapy exercises at home - do them! everyday! make it a habit. it's the best thing you could do for yourself.
also - when you get checked out, don't tell anyone the actual reason you've been putting this off - it looks weak (because it is weak). just say you were just dealing w the pain and hoping it went away.
last thought - consumption of sugar causes inflammation and eventually the seizure of muscles - like hip flexor and lombard vertebrae stabilizers. cutting out sugar makes a tremendous difference in areas people don't consider.
