There doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency about progressing the human race and giving generations hundreds or thousands of years in the future the tools they'll need to survive and thrive.
Anyway, where do you get the molten core for your synthetic planet? I assume that's necessary for a habitable and stable biosphere.
