How much they know is yet to be determined. They could have just been told what to say by the actual watchers. This happens on youtube via sponsorship as well (their sponsors tell them what to mention). There's also the extradimensional and spiritual aspect which requires no conspiracy whatsoever; however, i thinks its both an intelligence agency conspiracy and also an inherent aspect of nature to have coincidences. In fact some watchers take advantage of naturally occuring synchronicity to multiply their intention/illusion of omnipresence.
