I can't stand it either Anon. I have gone from being slightly annoyed and ignoring their antics to outright threatening people who are comfortable voicing critical race theory and anti-white rhetoric.
If you do it skillfully and your work is respected it's possible to pull this off, but if you have a lot of female anti-confrontational leadership expect to get fucked.
Next time, if you want to put them on the spot, go with something like this:
