In English you don't have this problem because you have a very soft r compared to ours, how you pronounce it is way softer and in fact if a person with r moscia speaks english he has no r moscia anymore. I had this problem as a child and they made fun of me but growing up i lost it and now i have a normal r even in Italian
You might have this problem too and you don't know because the superior english language doesn't have this problem
