all par for the course of a regular medieval setting
just imagine the stench of a region underneath a tribe of filthy mutant zombie barbarians. Filled with poles with rotting corpses on them, warriors not only reeking of shite themselves but wearing rotting trophies like hands or skulls. certainly legions of nurgle have a much farther reach with their disease than crazy axe swinging barbarians.
