However, the truest scientists will acknowledge the a non-zero possibility that life originated in other parts of the universe and came here by un-natural means, and it would mean that the similarity between humans and monkeys is only because we shared a common ancestor tens of billions of years ago, rather than just hundreds of millions of years ago.
