so let me repeat the process again to make sure i've got this straight.
you combine the powder with the wet ingredients and make a dough. then you take a bit of the dough, roll it flat and pour a tiny pile of the powder in the middle and fold it and roll it into a dough? and during the cooking process the powder somehow absorbs enough moisture to gain a jelly-like consistency?
that's pretty weird dude. also a fairly difficult recipe, so at least you're learning how to work with your hands.
