>>5058885Personally I always use YYYYMMDD or YYYY-MM-DD as sorting it alphanumerically will also sort it by date. The only reason to use MM/DD/YYYY is when writing it out as part of a sentence i.e. May 8th, 2018.
DD-MM-YYYY is just retarded though. You get none of the benefits except the ability to autistically claim "its in order".
