Well, I had to call 911 on someone at work today, the new group lead was no help and panicking. I had to grab AED just in case. She actually pissed me off, I asked her to help me and she was having a panic attack about everything while I'm trying to make sure the one that needed help actually got help. Asked her to call 911 and she hands me the phone, I asked her to grab me the address for the place and she froze. Once the paramedics arrived on site and flagged them down where the person is at and everything was taken care of, I told her to contact our manager, director and possible the temp agency that's in charge of her and she stood saying I don't know what to do.
