If you are blue- or green-eyed and you reproduce with a brown- or black-eyed partner, then your children will most likely also have brown- or black eyes. The dark-eye gene is dominant and overrides the light-eye gene. Exceptions exist, but are relatively rare, by far in relation to our Caucasian race
