>>14161676my derealization is completely backed by severe general anxiety. so i lowered derealization enough by avoiding anxiety triggering and dissociation worsening stuff and then when i felt the pure anxiety i was able to do "just dont be anxious bro" on triggers after my brain triggered a panic attack bc of the anxiety i felt, i basically did no u. my brain adapted 1 day after doing it on some triggers and didnt trigger anxiety anymore for triggers where i did "just dont be anxious bro". i "relapsed" yesterday though, probably have to endure 1-2 weeks of complete "just dont be anxious bro" without relapsing to make it "permanent". derealization completely backed by anxiety will then just fade away. obviously this is a very simplified version of the process i went through
