Men's horniness cycle takes 24 hours, we're basically sitting at peak horniness all the time and thus if a population is going to increase men need to be the deciders when it comes to sex. Women just won't decide to do it unless they're in that psychological attachment phase where they just want to please a man. Mating doesn't work if we leave the decision up to asexuals. They'll only pick what psychologically appeals to them and they all seem to only desire perfection for pragmatic reasons, or absolute brutes who will beat and rape them for feral reasons. These are not a sound gender, they should have no decision making authority.
