Unless you are pulling 7 figures a year, you need to be fucking lifting and eating well. It puts you so far ahead of the rest of the pack it’s baffling. You don’t even need to be Ryan Reynolds level ripped, just some noticeable muscle mass.
Stop using the excuse “you don’t have time.” There are home workouts and body weight routines that will build you muscle. Replace YouPorn and videogames with weight training and educating yourself on building your physique.
And for the love of Christ stop eating garbage all the time. Eat a big breakfast with lots of healthy fats and protein. Stop drinking beer every night. Replace soda with water.
