I don't let it color my perception of all transgender people but it does make me really dislike modern transgender shit on Xitter and Discord and elsewhere where people have completely destroyed what it means to be transgender and everything is circlejerked until it's completely unbearable to peer into if you aren't constantly soaked in that culture. It circles back to toxic positivity I think as well
I tell people who I talk to that even if I were in fact transgender and had the same gender dysphoria as them that I am too old to transition and don't want to transition and they toxically tell me that you essentially don't need to be trans to be trans and you should just hecking love yourself sweetie and then get obsessive over it
