If you are saved, then your spirit gets infused "baptized" by God's Holy Spirit aka the blood of Jesus and becomes washed and perfected. LAter your newly cleansed spirit free from any sin gets placed into a new body with a new soul(brain) so that you may become "reborn" in an incorruptible mind, body and spirit.
