I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. Especially during a time like sunset or something, where I personally think it looks best. I feel like you could make something out of it, there doesn't necessarily need to be much outside for you to be able to enjoy spending a little time there. The lack thereof could be a good thing, even.
How about taking just a little walk, later in the day? Could be nice getting out of that place for a bit since it's messy, also. Up to you, of course, do whatever you feel comfortable with.
