>>22097777Yes it was very good, soft airy on the inside and that crust is crunchy and crispy. No knead recipes are better in my opinion, the crumb is lighter and airier.
Yeah just buy a metal bowl and you'll be fine. loaf in OP pic was 2 day cold fermented in the fridge (it just gives it a better taste and texture) but the recipe is for room temp fermenting - it still amazing.
Highly recommend trying this no knead recipe you will love it. It's superior to almost any bread I can buy in a bakery near me.
