The Eternal Anglos, they have taken every island with their vastly overfunded fleet and are very proud of it, they just love to stick their pointy flags in new land, probably since the native women are attractive, unlike the hambeasts back in England. Their Empire runs far and wide, and has the most power over land and sea.
The Oofmans are insignificant and only pretend they have any importance by dressing up like vampires and bothering the Ottomans.
