how i do it
and it is a "quick" mayo but it is good
so you use a mixer friendly container
put in one tablespoon of dijon mustard
one egg
about one table spoon of
white wine vinegar
some salt
and then you pour on about 2 dl of oil
in that order
then take your mixer thingy and push it all the way to the bottom
go zoom zoom zoom a couple times
tada
mayo
i kinda wanna start experimenting like adding jalapenos or whatever in the mix
