Have you guys ever had painful intense muscle spasms? It’s usually when I’m sleeping, maybe boozing during the weekend, had a few coffees and pretty dehydrated. Almost always my calf muscles, a charley horse, sharp pain like they got shredded with a chainsaw and you lie there writhing in pain for 3-5 minutes.
