Just do what she says better than she asks. She's keeping such a close eye on you probably because she thinks she needs to - she worries about you and your productivity. Do your best and show her she's got nothing to worry about. Show her your time sheets with pride. She eventually get annoyed by the whole routine and drop it altogether.
