They simply say "Well we'll have to see how things work out in a few years and we have new data."
Meaning that no matter how bad the stats against the jab are now, they can always just have "faith" in a future version will make their decisions validated.
NO amount of current proof will convince them because they can always pluck an imagined result in the FUTURE that cancels current evidence in their mind.
