>>4435480It is. Her mother is an on and off prostitute who's bat shit insane. The only reason she has full custody is Utah is a mothering state and she hired 3 lawyers to get her custody. Fuck all if I can prove she neglects her children, has an abusive pedo husband (new husband not me) and consistently leaves her home an unsanitary/unsafe environment for her child. Her defense against me? I'm a dangerous schizo. Even though I live a good life, have plenty of money to support her and genuinely want her in my life. She just popped out another child and she can't take care of my sweet Annabelle. It pains me deeply every time I call her, every time I see her she looks so tired and every time I get to hold her in my arms I die a little inside knowing I have to hand her back to her.
I want to give her a stable home where she can be safe. I'm afraid when she gets older her mom might try to whore her out too. Unfortunately the state won't give me custody because of my mental condition even though I'm considered stable. So here I am in tears every night I think about the world she lives in.
I've got a lawyer working on my custody case but it's not going anywhere anytime soon.
