Thought experiment;
premise
-everyone thinks they can tell what is going on
-they explain it in written text produced with care and patience
-most text get read, through self regulatory mechanisms the cream of the crop gets pushed to the top
which makes it more popular, in turn pushing it further upwards, thus creating a self regulatory feed back
loop of pure idiological (popularity?)
-bad ideas get pushed down, rational ideas that are closest to the intuitional truth experienced by the
readers will be pushed up
problems
-regular and below average people will outweigh the true truth seekers and truly rational people which will
cause the democratic system of idea shifting within the vertical scale of "good and bad ideas" to fall apart
akin to the faults of basic democracy
-it's not a real idea I'm just writing bullshit
