Anyways games like Race War, Boss Raid, and some Risk maps are also extremely easy to host and are enjoyable for people who are into things like that. It helps bring a part of /bant/ together where they'd normally try to tear each other's throats out.
Other than that I guess the best way to really encourage OC production is just to bump good threads and help people along with their ideas wherever you can, assuming that you don't feel confident enough in your own abilities.
