You can start a small mom & pop business for peanuts. A high street shop in a nice town here is about £6,000 per year to rent. You could set one up, install staff, stock it, all for under £15,000. That’s just an example.
I am assuming that this is all theoretical and playing along. As I said I have all the status around these parts but no money and I don’t know where someone would just get €500,000 in readies from and not understand how business works. Or maybe you inherited property or w/e. Like I said I don’t care.
