Women on average have been getting fatter. When men they come across don't follow the same trend, it makes these fat pig disgusting women feel self conscious. They start to notice men eating less than them and they feel the social anxiety from appearing like the gluttonous fat fucks they are. And so in order to avoid this potential feeling of shame, they need to coerce men through social shaming tactics to be more gluttonous and lazy like the women, so that it is normalized and they don't stand out as awful people.
