Sometimes I use mayonnaise or ketchup instead, but I really like mustard so that's what I ended up using this time. Being that it's my favourite, that's not really a surprise.
I bit the pickles a bit so they'd fit better on the sandwich. These are special pickles because half the time the pickles end up with white mould on them before I get to put them on the sandwich, which makes them taste a bit less good. As you can see, these pickles are mould free.
