>>18953073Shogun was slightly confused, even startled by C.A.M.O.'s tears. Was it something she said? Something she DIDN'T say? As she admitted, there is still few things she knew about C.A.M.O. besides her frustrations with Onigiri, her death and resurrection, and the love for her team, but this didn't seem to be about any of those; the logical conclusion (to her) was that the loss hurt that bad.
That being said, the samurai couldn't help but blame herself a bit; she's barely done much of anything, besides playing clean up at Onigiri's improv party and missing most of the penguin predicament. Though she still fully intends to let the squadron keep independence while she (admittedly, poorly) handles Onigiri, maybe it was time she did a bit more around the house.
....and in the ring, for that matter. After all, why would C.A.M.O. listen to a pep talk from a girl who hasn't had a match in months? Fortunately, the opportunity to become a more respected figure had presented itself just a few hours ago.
Though her initial plan was entirely selfish, the B1 might just be an opportunity to become stronger for everyone else...
