my physique has gone better since now I can do up to 80 situps on one go... which isn't much to say atleast but before I could barely do 60, but on most days I would do 50; if I do 3 seshes a day with 2 rep cycles with 20% drcrease on the second repetion (possible 3rd rep being equal to the 2nd rep or 35% decrease of the 1st) with added 35 shoulderlock pushups (I can do a lot more basic ones but locking my shoulders inbetween seems to make a difference), 55 dumbell curls and 30 overhead curls I might get in a form that's semi muscular for my current wardrobe
