Her legs are thicker. She presumably has an ass. Her shoulders, while not masculine, are relatively broader compared to her hips. Her torso also angles back outwards where her ribs start to form, unlike the GS *lf. She's not fat, and she's not muscular, but her with this body she would look much worse without large breasts.
