In reality a lot of desperate starving tribals willingly worked in Egypt's crop fields or did building contracts since Egypt had a monopoly on their end of the Nile and could therefore hire foreign workers. I imagine the one Jew who started 'Judaism' was a disgruntled immigrant who soon left because he didn't like being told what to do. Also I'm sure the Egyptians and Jews traded slaves with each other often so it's a two way street in that regard.
Also also Egypt was mostly Caucasian Med with some Nubian's (Southern Blacks) immigrants migrating back and fourth and there was that short period of time when conquered by the Kingdom of Kush before they drove the Nubian's only to be conquered by the Romans a few decades later.
