>>20140083If you're doing it for a vain reason like trying to attract holes, then yes it's a waste of time. If you're doing it as a matter of survival for the coming struggle, it's not a waste at all. The main thing I focus on in the gym are stretches because I'm trying to be able to do the splits, and be able to kick someone on the jaw with my heel. I'm not flexible enough to do that yet, it's probably going to take the better part of a year or longer for me to get there.
