>>12590072well apparently automata is based on a gag ending from one of the earlier games, i think gestalt. a remaster is good because i really liked automata for multiple reasons but i'm completely incapable of playing most old games, so i'd never be able to play it otherwise. even if the stories aren't at all related i'll probably still enjoy it
