It's not close enough to Lainey's style of work to really be considered passing off as her work and therefore couldn't be attributed to her reputation.
I think the facial expression on the ball may make it a copyright infringement since the face is a direct copy from her comic, however if that was sufficiently changed then it wouldn't be an issue.
