My brain always starts to notice dreams a lot more easily for a few weeksu after having a lucid dream but it also makes it easier for it in general. I never had lucid dreams before I accidentally got one 2 years ago. I think you can learn how to do it though but I don't know. Most people who say they had lucid dreams just larp or just think they had one. I am lucky my brainu can know I dreamu
