We were made for a relationship with God. It’s far better to live life knowing him than not.
Living life according to his morals is exponentially better than living under the false promises of sin.
If people didn’t know about God, they would chase all manner of vanity in the attempt to be happy. Of course, nothing in this world leads to lasting happiness without God. Wealth, fame, possessions, sex, drugs, whatever it is, they all leave you empty in the end.
If someone can take it away from you, then you never truly possessed it.
I have God. Everything else seems stupid to me now.
