but I didn’t go to such establishments. It wasn’t too interesting to communicate with girls of easy virtue, this wild noise, and the possibility of getting punched in the face or being robbed.
There are quite old communications and wires lying around. pipes are “changed” every six months or more often, along with the asphalt. As for the wires... much more stable, it probably depends on the region, but over the last year this has been a major accident. and so they usually turn it off for 5-10 minutes for prevention.
