They'll never stop smiling at you and work to make you sicker so you need them more. Chinese and whites are all autistic and want to be specialists. If one of them ends up a primary care, they feel like they've failed and take it out on you. Copts are genuinely persecuted and found an open niche. They pride themselves on excellent service because they rely on word of mouth to grow their practice. It's still a business, and primary care is a dying industry, but it has a couple decades left before it's gone hopefully. Most of them are like a good mechanic and won't soak you for what you don't need. Muslims aren't terrible either. Saudis can be awful but their money usually buys them specialist positions and you won't run into them unless you're hospitalised.
